Meet Michelle
Michelle Planche, CMP, is an award-winning event specialist and accomplished entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience in the fashion industry. She began her career producing fashion shows for Canadian designers, igniting a lifelong passion for supporting the local fashion scene. This dedication led her to found The Art of Fashion, a non-profit organization committed to elevating emerging Canadian designers. Michelle has also taught event planning to fashion students at George Brown College and The
Toronto Film School, inspiring students with her industry insights, and served on the board of Fashion Group International to help strengthen the industry.
In 1999, Michelle launched Paradigm Events, her own event planning company, which has produced events around the globe for renowned brands like Levi’s, The Bay, Sport Chek, and Sears. Always committed to sustainable practices, Michelle opened Loved and Found in 2020, amid the pandemic, as a welcoming boutique in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood. Here, she combines her love for fashion with her dedication to sustainability, offering wearable vintage and consignment pieces that reflect her commitment to reducing waste and supporting local communities.
Through Loved and Found, Michelle champions eco-conscious fashion, empowering shoppers to make thoughtful, planet-friendly choices. Her boutique is not only a testament to her innovative approach to fashion but also her lasting influence on the industry, guiding it toward a more sustainable, community-oriented future.
